Website Mania’s Support Team is committed to providing service that is straightforward and affordable for any business that is in need of website maintenance and/or website support.

You are required to purchase website support ‘credits hours’ upfront in the increments of 2, 6, or 12 hours. We will gladly help you determine the best package needed for the completion of your support request. Credit hours last for 3 months (90 days) from the date of purchase, so no need to worry about using all your credits at once.

Support Services Include:

  • Blog Installation and Setup.
  • Site performance or hosting issues.
  • Edit, revise, or update page and product content (text, image, template).
  • Form and features modifications and minor enhancements on existing website
  • Consultation and training on the use of website and Content Management System (CMS).
  • Database Backup. Restore point created on your server or CMS. Never lose your website content again!

Support requests fall into one of three categories:

  • Emergency – An emergency issue is a serious problem that requires immediate attention, such as website is down.
  • Website Maintenance – Any website issue that involves minor modifications to the website (browser, edits, revisions, upgrades).
  • Website Support – Assistance in explaining website usage and tool usage within WordPress or web hosting account assistance.

Response Time:

Once request confirmation is approved, the work will begin.

  • Emergency requests are handled within 24 hours of support ticket submission.
  • Responses to non-emergency requests, the work will be handled within 72 hours of support ticket submission. Normally, the work is completed in 24-48 hours.

Please note: On occasion, there may be unexpected issues that may take additional time to resolve. In those instances, the client was be notified promptly.

This policy is subject to change at the discretion of Website Mania Management at any given time. Website Mania and Client may agree on a custom Maintenance and Support Agreement to allow for adjustments to the level of service that goes beyond this document.
